As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, your primary focus will be to seek to understand the client’s business to design and implement effective processes, organizations, change and learning programs to accelerate execution and drive real business benefits. You should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to build rapport with clients, team members, managers, and senior executives.
Research business problems and strategic objectives to develop business case elements, to include business problem, outcomes and benefits.
Strategy formulation and deployment.
Seek out business areas, customers or third parties to uncover factors that may impact business solutions.
Act as a change agent and guide to build a cohesive network of working groups, comprised of subject matter experts and stakeholders, able to lead and support initiatives.
Define solutions and translate business needs into system requirements documentation.
Conduct gap analysis for improvements and report findings. Contribute to cost benefit analysis to support recommendations.
Provide solution details to leadership and facilitate work prioritization.
Able to interact with CEOs/Business owners at a peer level and willing to listen, learn, ask the relevant questions to determine the core issues in the organization.
Direct restructuring advisory experience with top tier consulting firms.
Strong financial and analytical skills and are able to quickly define, align, and scale the data gathering and assessment based on client needs.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and executive presence is essential with the ability to lead clients and engagement teams through challenging in-and-out of court turnaround and restructuring situations.
Proven experience in large-scale, complex business transformation and/or technology adoption efforts
Deep experience owning the development and delivery of comprehensive, actionable change management and engagement plans/activities for change projects
Collaborated with client stakeholders and project leaders to understand change adoption risks, develop change risk mitigation tactics, execute change enablement plans and set expectations on tasks for which you will be responsible
· B.sc and MBA will be highly desirable
· Minimum of 20 years’ experience
· Consulting background is a must
· Exceptional quantitative and statistical ability
· Knowledgeable with reporting packages
· Experience in project strategy and implementation, Project Management and/or Program Management, Digital Transformation
· Exhibit an advanced level of knowledge in business process design and optimization, organizational effectiveness, and digital transformation
· Experience owning, executing, and managing projects
· Has an entrepreneurial mindset, strong business acumen
· Possesses strong business development skills
